The focus areas of my teaching studio:

 

• flute instruction for students of all levels in classical and jazz genres

• contemporary piano, voice, saxophone, and electric bass study for beginner through intermediate students

• music theory, sight reading, and ear training for all instrumentalists and vocalists

• ensemble coaching in jazz and classical genres

 

I am an alumna of Berklee College of Music's Music Education program, taught instrumental music on the high school level for 15 years, and have maintained a private music teaching studio for over 25 years. Rooted in both the classical and jazz traditions, I have successfully prepared dozens of students for All-State, Jazz All-State, All-New England, and college auditions.
